Refund policy

We want YOU and your pet to be 100% happy with your order!

Our policy is simple. If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it! We gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date you received your order. Please note all return items must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all original packaging intact. Please note Dryer, Clipper & Clipper Blade cannot be returned unless it is damaged or defective.

We offer two options of returns below:

1. You can receive the refund in the form of store credit. With this option, returns are completely free--meaning we’ll cover the return shipping cost. You simply print out the prepaid return shipping label that is emailed to you then drop off the shipment at any Post office. Please note we don't offer free returns on Pet Food, Bulky & Heavy Items, Cat Litters and Remote Area customers. We don't issue refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid.

2. You can also receive a refund in your original payment method. With this option, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Again, we don't issue refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid.
